Karim is the founder of KKPeople and a recruitment professional with over 10 years of experience across some of the most competitive markets in the GCC & MENA region.
His career spans banking, technology, hospitality, construction, gaming, and the NGO sector — giving him a rare cross-industry perspective on what it really takes to attract, assess, and retain top talent.
Karim founded KKPeople to bridge the gap that most firms ignore: the space between what companies actually need and what the market typically provides. His approach is direct, data-informed, and deeply relationship-driven.
